consulting services. As a professional service provider, our Returns and Refunds Policy applies specifically
to service engagements and consulting agreements, rather than to physical products.
1. Scope
This policy covers refunds and cancellations related to consulting services, including strategic planning,
business development advisory, market research, and coaching services provided by Unsenatorialwwi.
2. Service Cancellations
2.1 Client-Initiated Cancellations
If you need to cancel a scheduled service or consulting engagement, the following applies:
Cancellations Before Work Begins: If you cancel before any work has commenced, you are eligible for a full
refund, minus any administrative costs incurred in preparation for the engagement.
Cancellations After Work Begins: If work has already started, you will be billed for all completed work up to
the date of cancellation. Any non-recoverable third-party expenses incurred on your behalf will also be
charged.
Late Cancellations: If you cancel with less than 5 business days’ notice before a scheduled workshop,
consultation session, or project milestone, you may be charged up to 50% of the agreed project fee.
2.2 Cancellations by Unsenatorialwwi
In the rare event that Unsenatorialwwi must cancel a service or engagement due to unforeseen circumstances,
you will be offered:
A full refund for any prepaid fees related to the cancelled portion of the engagement.
Or the option to reschedule the service at no additional cost.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be considered in the following circumstances:
Non-Delivery of Services: If Unsenatorialwwi is unable to deliver the agreed service and no suitable
alternative can be arranged.
Billing Errors: If you are mistakenly charged or double-billed, we will issue a full refund for the incorrect
charges.
Service Issues: If the service delivered does not meet the agreed scope or professional standards, a partial
refund may be considered at Unsenatorialwwi’s discretion, following a review.
4. Non-Refundable Services
The following items are non-refundable:
Services that have already been fully delivered and accepted.
Completed research, reports, and analysis that have been provided to the client.
Consultation sessions and workshops that have already taken place.
Third-party costs incurred on behalf of the client, such as venue bookings, external consultants, or software
licences.

We will acknowledge your request within 5 business days and aim to complete our review within 10 business
days. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval.
6. Governing Law
This policy is governed by and shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any
disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
